Prior to venturing in Real Estate, Meir Gluzberg was the founder and CEO of WebAffairs Inc. a Canadian leader in developing web solutions to the Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) market. He holds a Business and a Masters degree from York University, and is on the executive board of the Canada Israel Chamber of Commerce.
While developing his Internet business, Meir was also investing heavily in his true passion - Real Estate. After the sale of his first company, Meir Gluzberg has been actively involved in the investment and consultation of local and national Real Estate, demonstrating a great passion for Urban Real Estate. Now, as a valued member of the Forest Hill Real Estate team, he is committed to sharing this passion and insight in facilitating all his clientele's Real Estate investments.

Meir Gluzberg's experience is rich in academia; however, while a master's degree may be a milestone, Meir Gluzberg credits his experiences in competitive swimming and military training with instilling a rigorous and commited framework.
Today, Meir Gluzberg is raising a young family. Meir Gluzberg lives in Central Toronto with his wife and four children and indulges in his love for vintage cars and great food.
A partner at Forest Hill Downtown, Vicky Tal joined The Toronto Real Estate Board in 2007 to continue a family legacy passed on to her by her late mother, Renee Bald, who worked in the business for thirty-five years and was considered a pioneer. Applying what she learned from a master, Vicky is reliable, hard working, committed to her clients, shrewd in negotiations, and honest, with utmost integrity above all else.
Vicky brings to Real Estate her inherent understanding of family needs; whether it's a growing family or one that's downsizing. She understands the emotional stresses brought on from buying or selling a house and guides her clients through the process, start to finish, with ease and confidence. She is creative and resourceful and always has a solution to any problem. With her advertising/marketing background, she is able to devise unique and effective strategies to sell homes. Her role as a "mother" provides her with the instincts and insights to match the "right" homes with her buyers. As her clients will attest, she quickly understands their needs and she finds them the perfect fit.
Vicky specializes in luxury homes in Central Toronto, specifically: Forest Hill, Rosedale, Lytton Park, Allenby, South Hill, Hoggs Hollow, York Mills, Lawrence Park and Avenue/ Lawrence.
Vicky graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986. She then began a career in Market Research at Goldfarb Consultants before entering the Advertising field at Leo Burnett where she looked after client service in packaged goods for Kelloggs. Vicky left Advertising in 1994 to start a family. For the next twelve years she devoted herself to raising four children. During this time, she committed long hours volunteering at various non-profit organizations such as The Pencer Brain Trust for people diagnosed with Brain Tumors, Moorelands for underprivledged kids and more recently the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
While relatively new to the industry, Vicky has achieved great success in a short period. She has been a top producer in Real Estates sales in the GTA since 2008. This upcoming year promises to be an exciting time for Real Estate in Toronto. Alyssa Weale has entered the Real Estate Business in 2009. Prior to joining the Gluzberg Tal Team Alyssa has worked as an assistant to two long established Real Estate Representatives. By working by their side she has learned the A-Z's in Real Estate, appraising homes, preparing homes for market, preparing marketing materials, client relations and much more. She has also worked closely with prominent builders in Toronto to sell their homes. She is extremely proud of her work with running the sales center for Annex Loft Houses - a development of 24 townhomes and condos.
Alyssa has a passion for interior design which can be attributed to her mother who owns her an interior design company. Watching her mother closely for years aided in her ability to help clients with their various needs and wants in a home and what makes it feel ‘like home'. Through osmosis, she has developed a keen understanding of design and proportion. Her other passions include snowboarding, horseback riding, and traveling.
